Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 15:00 CET leave the studio the same day, packed in recycled linen and double-walled boxes.

Shipping

Standard delivery (3–5 business days, tracked and insured) is $5.95, and complimentary on orders over $75. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is $14.95. We currently ship across the EU, the UK, and North America.

Heavier cluster pieces travel in custom-cut foam. Breakage in transit is on us, always — photograph the box and we reship the same grade within 48 hours.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece, free of charge, no questions asked. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email; we send a prepaid label the same day. Refunds land within 5 business days of the stone reaching the studio.
